At Rishi Laser, fabricated assemblies undergo thorough Surface Treatment before coating to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting finishes. Surfaces are cleaned of impurities, rust, and oils that can hinder protective coatings using advanced methods like shot blasting, sandblasting, and liquid dipping.

Sandblasting propels fine sand particles at high velocity to remove rust and oil, creating a clean surface ready for coating.

Pre-treatment with seven-tank cleaning removes grease and heavy oxides chemically, leaving a rust-free surface and improving paint adhesion. Our modern facilities for shot blasting and chemical pre-treatment ensure that every part is prepared for high-quality powder coating, epoxy painting, or zinc plating, delivering durable and smooth finishes for all sheet metal assemblies.
