At Rishi Laser, CNC bending is optimized through advanced offline programming using Radbend CNC, eliminating shop-floor errors and minimizing material waste. The software defines bending sequences, tool setups, finger-stop positions, and simulates the entire process to avoid collisions—resulting in smoother production, higher efficiency, and faster deliveries.

We operate a wide range of press brakes from Trumpf, Weinbrenner, Hindustan Hydraulics, LVD, and Bronx, with capacities from 110–400 tons and ram lengths of 2–5 meters, enabling bending of sheet steel up to 10 mm thickness with consistent quality.

Our skilled press brake operators ensure accuracy and productivity, supported by regular in-house training to keep them updated on new techniques and tools for improved performance.
